Interesting item, a luggage tag, named to W/243412 L/Cpl F. E. A. Cook, flying to "B.56" on aircraft "P.6".

Research indicated the B relates to Belgium and 56 denotes Brussels-Melsbroek. These codes were in used between D-Day and the end of 1945.

The W in the Service Number denotes "Women", so this is likely to be an A.T.S. troop movement.
